We had a single storey kitchen extension done by ATR this year and were so impressed by them at every stage! We are absolutely thrilled with our new space and the whole process was so easy. We had a poor experience with another company with our loft... conversion which overran by months. We chose ATR for our extension based on a friend’s recommendation and could not have been happier. Each stage of the process was lined up perfectly so there was never any waiting around for things to progress. I can’t even understand how they managed to project manage it so well! 🤣 it was great to not have to worry and for everything to be sorted for us. Any questions we had, there was always someone to answer our calls and Aaron would either be there to speak to straight away or call back the same day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience and we absolutely love our new space - thank you so much!read more

I am an architect with my own business and I understand what good construction practice looks like. This was our first time using ATR after a recommendation from a friend of a friend. We were absolutely blown away by their professionalism from the... outset. They started our ground floor extension on 03rd January in awful weather. The ATR vans were outside the house every day at 7.50am, despite the rain and snow, and the team simply cracked on regardless. Aaron was always at the end of the phone, if not returning my calls promptly. Nothing was ever a problem. They were polite and considerate to all our neighbours and they made sure the site was clean and tidy at the end of every day. Once inside the house, they isolated our living space so our family could stay in the house throughout the build with minimal dust and disruption. Costs were always agreed beforehand in a very open and transparent manner. We're delighted with the final result and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again for our future plans. Second time using ATR, they’ve just complete a rear extension for us after doing a loft conversion over 3 years ago. We wouldn’t have gone back to them if they hadn’t have done an amazing job on the loft. We are absolutely thrilled by our extension,... every single person who came was polite, easy to talk to fantastic at what they were doing. Any question or worry got cleared up and Aaron was always available if we wanted to ask anything. Any problems that arose (barely any really) were dealt with quickly and without hesitation. I couldn’t recommend ATR enough and have already recommended them to a few friends and family. Thanks so much to Aaron and every single guy who came to work on our extension, we absolutely love it!read more

After inviting three companies to our house for a loft conversion and main bathroom knock through, we chose ATR due to several reasons, but it was also the details of the quote and additional options for the extras that were provided within the... quote that impressed us.We went with ATR and asked them to produce the drawings which were just easier and also Clifton Trade bathrooms which were brilliant and I would also highly recommend them (Whitehall Rd) - Reason for the recommendations for Cliftons is they have a very strong relationship together and we changed the shower tray to a larger one which wasn’t a problem during the build, but would have been if bought online. There were other little changes which Paul and Ed at Cliftons helped resolve by dropping off the extra parts which I thought was beyond what I would have expected.Build from start to finish was like clockwork as ATR have teams that have a specific task and then move on to the next job. Gordy and Tony were first onsite who were great and all we needed to do was feed them chocolate biscuits and tea so they were happy as well as us.Have to mention a big shout out to Danny the project manager who was also very friendly and approachable and highlighted the stages of the build and things to think about before the next stage which really helped. Example was thinking at 3am that we needed an extra double socket in the small bedroom before the plasterers arrived that day and messaging Danny at 7:30am which then by 9:30am had a sparky insert the double socket before the plasterers arrived later that day.Everything from the plasterers, joiners and plumbers were very good, professional and approachable and it just felt right throughout the build. I did raise a few minor tweaks which Danny was more than happy to accommodate (small things like squeaks on stairs etc were promptly and swiftly resolved)ATR , Aaron and all his team were very friendly, professional and approachable and provided a fantastic service which has provided some much needed room for a family of five and would highly recommend their services.read more

Really happy with our loft conversion completed in September 2022. ATR have done an amazing job not just in terms of the quality of their work but from start to finish the whole team have been friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

ATR completed our loft conversion over the summer and I have to say the way that they conduct themselves from the initial quote stage to the construction and all the way through to picking up any snagging bits (which is inevitable) is an absolute... credit to the building trade.We had people on site every single day, even on the hottest day of the year, the roofers turned up to put a shift in. They would be there at 8 everyday and would not leave until 4, after making sure that everything is sound before leaving for the night.We were abroad for a period of the build and the communication continued throughout, whilst still being respectful that we were on holiday.Thank you to Aaron, Danny and all of the lads! I would have no issues in recommending ATR to anyone.Saving a few quid on tea bags now though 😁read more

We had paid the deposit for ATR to start work on our loft conversion but with just 6 weeks to go they cancelled without any explanation. After a lot of chasing they explained that our Architect was asking too many questions about the build, and so... they didn't want to go ahead! We got the deposit back promptly but are still very disappointed with the whole process.read more

Did a loft conversion for us in July 2022. All I can say is incredible. The best construction experience I have had. Any issues (as one should expect with a project this size) were dealt with immediately. They finished on time. Danny managed the... whole project extremely well and would pop round the moment you asked. Five stars!read more

I'll upload pictures soon but its an easy review to write this one. 5 stars from a very happy family customer.Yes the job is large and quite messy (loft conversion and hallway skim) but throughout, where the team worked with Danny, they were all... really nice to be around, tried to keep the house tidy and just cracked on.The scaffolders weren't so great but they are subcontracted and a bit of my own sweeping solved that quick enough.As you'd expect with a lot of work going on, we did have to remind about a few things, revisit a few things whilst work got underway but at no point did we worry about the relationship or anything underhand with ATR. Danny was quick to reply, the team in the office sorted out what needed sorting and the job was completed with a complete smile on our faces.We love the loft conversion. Loads of space. A very good quality finish in all aspects.If you can get a booking with ATR (they are booked for good reason it seems) then I'd say go for it. Would recommend.Thanks to everyone who worked at our house for making it like this.read more

ATR completed a loft conversion for us in November 2021. I can not recommend them enough, the whole team that worked on our build were brilliant and the whole project was managed exceptionally. Our loft was already converted into a bedroom/office... but we wanted to add a Dorma and extend the gable end. We expected lots of upheaval with the old staircase having to be removed, however the whole process was a lot less intrusive than we expected and that's all thanks to the whole team. We now have a beautiful bedroom, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.read more

We went from a dusty old loft up a ladder to two new bedrooms and a shower/toilet.We are very, very happy with the results. Lots of hard work and thought went into getting it just right for us and any problems were dealt with straight away. Lots of... cupboard space means we are still able to store all our previous loft contents in a more accessible way. I like that outside looks as though it's always been there, rather than sticking out like a sore thumb. ATR properties were absolutely great and all the people on the job were pleasant, helpful and friendly. We had to wait a while for specialist glass for the shower as companies were so busy (our space was awkward) but Leeds glass were worth the wait as we wanted a cubicle not a wet room.It has been well worth it for us but my neighbours are gutted that ATR are so busy.read more

ATR Properties carried out a loft conversion at our property in Moortown, where we had an existing one bedroom and ensuite in the loft, but we needed to extend to a dormer to create 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an office space area on the landing.... Everything about the work that was carried out was professional, on time and all their staff were considerate and courteous to our needs. We would highly recommend ATR to anyone wanting work carried out on their loft.read more

Myself & my wife have been considering a full renovation of our house for a long time. When the Pandemic came along it offered an opportunity to undertake all the things we had discussed. That's were ATR came in, we approached them with our ideas... for the rather long list of alterations i.e double storey extension, new kitchen, house re-pointing and plastering throughout, full heating and boiler refit. Basically if you can name it we had it done. Both Danny's were excellent on checking in with us to ensure that the build was going ok, any issues we flagged up they put our minds at ease or addressed the issue either the same day or in less than 24 hours. All the tradesmen who they work with are personable, conscientious and cant do enough to ensure that the process is as smooth and disrupting as possible. We had the ATR lads basically everyday from December 2020 - April 2021 and to be honest they made lockdown so much more bearable as you would think working from home in a construction site would be a nightmare... it was in fact the exact opposite always someone on hand to talk to, great camaraderie and just a really fun environment to be a part of. Myself and Hannah have the utmost respect for the ATR team and would not hesitate to recommend then in a heartbeat for whatever you need doing large or small. Kitchen and lounge swap – kitchen island added. Loft Conversion planned for the future.Can’t praise ATR enough, always on time, great craftmanship/attention to detail, dealt with any issues, speedy work and finished ahead of schedule. Very friendly... and approachable. Big shout to Mark and Tony who did most of the internal work.The great thing about ATR is they do everything from ideas (Aaron came up with the idea of reconfiguring our downstairs), design/architecture drawings through to the build which takes much of the stress away. They project manage everything to perfection.read more

ATR Properties have recently finished our loft conversion of two rooms and a bathroom and we're very happy with the result. The whole team have been professional, friendly, attentive, punctual and responsive throughout and any issues that arose were... quickly rectified. Special mentions to Matt and Damo for most of the build, Van and Hugh for sorting out the drains and Aaron and Danny for sorting out everything and making sure it all ran as smoothly as possible.
